[he lets out a deep sigh of relief (something he wasn't even aware that he was holding, to be honest) the moment ushijima eases up on his presence. he's still very painfully hard. but he knows he needs to at least... make this fuck up somewhat right.]

[he lets out a sigh as he smiles miserably down at his lap] But Iwa-chan doesn't like me the way I like him. Even if our countries weren't in an ongoing war, he still wouldn't want to get into a relationship with me. I'm... not his type. [aka. iwachan is. most definitely straight.]

[ there's a noticeable pause before ushiwaka pulls away from oikawa. ]

As I said, I am possessive. It... angers me that you have feelings for Iwaizumi, but there is nothing that I can do there as these are feelings that have been growing for as long as you have known him. I cannot promise that I won't exude my presence again if there is a possibility that you will call his name should we continue on.

I do not wish to hurt you as well, and I feel that if we continue tonight, then one or both of us will be hurt.

It's not like I can help it right now! I never really felt the need to stop pining after someone who's not interested in me when I was alone. But to suddenly have a fiancé turned husband thrusted at me as quickly as I have, isn't going to make me stop having feelings for him faster. [he falters a little and looks to the side.] I know it's not fair of me to ask you this, but all I'm asking for is your patience and understanding. I'm... trying, okay.

[ he reaches out as though he's going to kiss oikawa but. stops himself. before getting dressed ]

[he frowns. welp. guess who is going to cry himself to sleep!!!]

[ And then after some time spent in Seijoh following the wedding, the wedding party has moved to Shiratorizawa. After meeting the vizier, beta Tendou Satori, a shorter, other omega makes his way towards Ushijima. He has a clipboard in hand and Ushijima steps away with him for a quick minute to discuss plans for the processions necessary to mark Oikawa as his lawfully wedded spouse. This omega, Shirabu... the way he looks at Ushijima is with something more than just reverence for a ruler... There's an adoration there that would be obvious enough, were it not for the slightly sweet scent that rises up around him when he gets close to Ushijima.

Ushijima himself seems to ignore the scent. He's laying out instructions to Shirabu, who's nodding and taking notes on his clipboard. ]

[at first oikawa didn't realize what was going on. he was, admittedly, too busy taking in the sights of shiratorizawa. for as much of a dump as he thought this would be? it's... actually very remarkable. in it's own way, of course! nothing as breath taking as seijou. but. it definitely is something, that's for sure.

he wanders around (but not too far out to escape ushijima's view) before he turns his attention back over towards his husband and the omega that's by his side.

he squints a little as he watches the two interact. is... does that little omega??? it clicks!] Oh God...!

[ doop doop giving more orders and not noticing that oikawa's noticed.

after another minute, he dismisses shirabu, who nods and makes his way to carry out what ushijima wants. he seems to be completely ignoring oikawa.

ushijima makes his way back to oikawa. ] My apologies, but plans for the procession needed to be made.

[his nostrils flare at the too sweet, almost sickeningly sweet smell that wafts between the two of them. he can't help the sigh that pushes past his lips] And we couldn't discuss them amongst ourselves like we did at ho-- Seijou?

There were some private matters I had set in place prior to my arrival in Seijou that needed some final direction.

[ he pauses and figures he might as well mention it ] A surprise for you.
