[oikawa let out an undignified huff as he tapped his foot impatiently on the ground. he was angry, and upset, for sure. but he also didn't like feeling as if he were being forced into doing something? and this was exactly what was happening. he was getting forced into an arranged marriage of sorts to some princely alpha.

of course, that's not to say that he wasn't a of royal lineage either. because he definitely was! but he wanted to love freely? he didn't want someone to dictate who it was he committed the rest of his life to. and here he is. being forced to do everything he loathed.

yes, it was for the sake of his country, and it was supposed to help end the two from going into anymore wars. but. he doesn't even know this person! he's only heard stories of him? and from what he has heard of he doesn't really like him. more importantly he doesn't want the other to view him as some weak omega. because he most certainly is not one of those weak push over omegas!

gritting his teeth, he took to tapping his finger on the arm rest instead. how long was this guy going to take?! surely if he was going to meet his so "betrothed" he would have gotten there early with time to spare! it's not like he doesn't have a country to rule over after all, he could be listening to claims and giving the people what they need.]

[a pause.] Uhm... I do have... one last question though?

[he can't help but fidget a little.] When are we... bonding?

W- Well that was.... something that jerk alpha brought up. To be honest I don't know if I'm ready? But... I don't want to run into any issues like I did before?

[he gives a small nod.] W- Well okay then.

Are you ready for bed?

[noogied]

Oh, yes! I'm a bit... tired. [as he says this he's over taken by a yawn.] If you need to go get ready, don't let me keep you.

[and with that he flops onto the bed.]

[lefties]

I shall return shortly.

[ going to go changed for sleep ]

[noogied]

[crawls in to bed and promptly passes the fuck out.]

[lefties]

[ comes back, changed and crawls into bed next to oikawa.

he hesitates for a moment before throwing an arm around him and pulls him into his chest. ]

[noogied]

[he makes a noise in protest before getting a whiff of ushijima's scent. a few moments later he relaxes and snuggles up closer to ushijima.]

[lefties]

[ he stiffens at that noise, then relaxes when oikawa snuggles up closer. he pulls him even closer and just. watches him sleep until he falls asleep himself ]

[noogied]

[he keeps his head as close as he can to the crook of ushijima's neck. eventually, he throws an arm over the other's waist and sleeps on blissfully unaware.

HE STAYS LIKE THIS ALL NIGHT. be proud.

when he does wake up, he startles a bit, before he remembers that they agreed to share a bed. he stays silent for a little as he just, breathes in the calming scent.]

[lefties]

[ guess who was already awake and just very softly speaks up ] You're awake.

[noogied]

[he startles at the sudden booming voice.] A- Ah yes! Gosh, jeez you almost scared the poop out of me.

[lefties]

I'm sorry.

Did you sleep well?

[noogied]

I'd say warn me, but I don't know how affective that's going to be.... But, yes, I did sleep well! You?

[lefties]

I did.

[ he's not making a motion to get up just yet ]

What's on the agenda for today?

We need to speak to my mother about the procession this weekend. I will need to speak to Shirabu about your move into my room. We should speak to Satori to receive an update about the relations between Shiratorizawa and Aobajousai.
