[aomine has a sinking feeling that today is something important, but he just can't put his finger on it??? what with pulling all the extra shifts he has because there's some kind of epidemic running around he hasn't had a time to sit down and breathe. and it's been the same thing for kagami too, he's sure of it. they used to have days off that synched together at least once a week? or once every two weeks? but since this happened he hasn't been able to see kagami in what feels like a year.
okay that's exaggerating it a little, but still.
anyways-- he's excited because when he pulled into their apartment complex he saw kagami's old clunker next to the spot he usually parks his car at. he can't wait to dig his hands into whatever kagami's cooked up and a nice piece of his ass too.
his legs feel like led as he makes his way up the stairs and down the hallway they live on. and when he opens the door his stomach is the first thing that makes any noise.] Babe, I'm hungryyyy.
